低GI、無油、無糖的燕麥小餅乾

炎炎夏天,有時候真的會覺得吃點甜食可以感覺清爽有活力些,但是便利商店裡賣的餅乾、糖果,根本就是害死人不償命… 隨便抓幾個來吃就不知不覺破300卡,而且還會越吃越想吃停不下來!甜食說真的實在是很危險的食物啊~
正在健身減肥的人到底要怎麼生存啊(摀臉大哭) 不要緊,只要動動腦,將麵粉用燕麥取代,將糖用香蕉取代,犧牲一點酥脆的口感不要放油,為了能夠又瘦又可以吃甜食,這樣已經夠滿足了!
