如何擁有平坦的肚子?

肚子的肥胖一直都是減重過程中最惱人的問題之一,有時候明明已經吃很少、努力降低卡路里的攝取了,但肚子上那層肥油就是不願離去… 或是有時候已經脂肪率降低了,但常常肚子還是會不穩定的忽大忽小… 是說肚子一定要這麼任性嗎! 經過我蒐集許多文章與知識,以及對自己身體的觀察,我想將肚子大的原因歸類為兩類 (專業醫師一定可以歸出好多好多類啦,我只是以自身經歷角度分類這樣)
