健身減肥可以喝酒嗎?

10622698_10154480825925705_6523913151845102080_n認識我的朋友都知道我是個酒鬼XD 而且還自認為酒量很好,一個晚上的Party大概可以喝掉5-8個Vodka Shots,2-3杯Long Island Ice Tea 和Whiskey Coke, 夜店開的較晚的話,再來幾瓶啤酒撐到開燈應該也是沒問題,反正所有問題都丟給明天吧! (隔天當然是對前晚嚴重失億加頭痛宿醉…)。以前還會覺得喝酒會胖只是謠言吧? 每次喝掛隔天量體重都會下降快1kg耶! 而且因為宿醉胃口差,所以隔天乾脆不吃東西或是吃超少食物。總之過去的我就是這樣喝酒亂搞身體的..
