低卡甜點食譜- 燕麥香蕉蛋糕!

減肥的時候最忌諱的就是甜點了…因為甜點大多是由白麵粉、白砂糖、奶油、全蛋製成的高醣類,光是小小一塊蛋糕可能就要300卡以上欸!! 而且全是精緻澱粉,除了滿足口慾還有高熱量之外, 幾乎對身體沒有任何益處啊,但是想吃甜點怎麼辦! 怎麼辦!!(抱頭)

  2. hi, 我做出來的蛋糕質感比較實,是因為沒加奶粉的原因嗎?口感像中式糕點,沒像蛋糕般鬆軟,香蕉味也不太出,不知道錯在哪裡。但是還是可以吃,但沒那麼可口。請指教^_^
