分享腹肌與臀部肌力訓練

影片是我一週會做2次左右的腹部與臀部肌力訓練,像這種不會持續喘氣、不靠耗氧來燃燒熱量的運動、越做肌肉會越酸越緊繃的運動,就算是無氧運動。健身以後,我真的覺得無氧運動非常的重要!! 以前覺得這種訓練是給男生練肌肉做的,我才不想變成金剛芭比… 所以我覺得游泳啊、跑步啊這類的運動才是適合女生的優美運動。
