如何吃的滿足又能有效健身?

一直被我強調的: 飲食佔了健身重要性70%, 運動只佔了30%。也就是說想要有效的擁有健康好看的體態,只要能控制好飲食、做做運動輔助,健身效果就會事半功倍囉; 或是你也可以隨便亂吃,想吃什麼就吃什麼🍕,然後花120%的努力在運動上,除了吃飯睡覺之外無時無刻都拼命的運動也是ok啦~ 我個人當然是選擇70-30法則囉
